We are now full swing into the Holidays as they say in the US but here in Trinidad and Tobago we say the Christmas Season. Christmas in Trinidad and Tobago is one of the happiest times of the year. Not just because of all the good food and drinks (yummy pastelle and ponche de creme) but because of the time we get to spend with our family. Family is a big part of the tradition of Christmas for us. Going by family and taking a "lime" for the season is all that I can remember fr
